TE Marathon may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

This Product Is A Custom Digital Product And There Will Be No Refunds Unless Any Of The Below Apply -- Scammers / Serial Refunders Beware -- We Track All Downloads By IP Address!!

All Requests & Cancellation Requests must be submited to our support desk at http://josecliment.com/helpdesk/ in order to be evaluated and responded to, Do Not Send An Email, email is not our system for providing service and support.

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, TE Marathon may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. TE Marathon recommends that you contact the support desk for your browser provider, as TE Marathon ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer's issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

Irreparable defects with the software, scripts etc : Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Just because you purchased and found out that you didn't like the content (for any reason) is not a valid reason to ask for a refund, we are not a Big Box Store, we provide copyright protected, custom digital content.

We will only consider Valid, verifiable, certified 3rd party proof that all of our Digital Material has been removed from your computer, site (s)

We are not presenting you with an opportunity to get rich.

Cancellation Of Memberships:

You have every right to cancel your membership payments thru your payment processor, as soon as we receive notification of your cancellation, your membership will be de-activated.

Always remember to cancel your membership renewal prior to the next release of the Monthly Product. Don't ask for a refund after renewal has happened.

You Can Of Course Cancel Your Subscription At Any Time...

But, If for any reason you can't access the website or the content after your initial purchase, please contact support and we will try to resolve the problem, if we can't solve your issue through our support system within 10 days, we will promptly issue a full refund.

It is our intention to have HAPPY Customers...

If it's your intention to gain access and download our material, then ask for a refund, the answer is NO, that will not be tolerated, and no refund will be issued. We have to take this stance because not everyone is as honest as we think everybody should be. We handle refunds via our payment processor Every Friday at close of business, not including all holidays.

DO NOT START A CLAIM on your payment processor, as it damages our reputation as a merchant. We have nothing to gain by holding your money hostage if you can not access the product.
